monochrome polaroids

finally i got my polaroids from http://www.the-impossible-project.com/ . they were out of color polaroids so i decided to test the monochrome film. here are some first shots, i really like the sepia tone effect but they still need to do more work. i think is a good start to revive the timless polarois film.

its been a long while

so my friends, its been a long while since i havent posted anything, i we suffered a death in the family, his name was shoshone, he was our most amazing cat, he was my best friend for 17 years. after losing him i really didnt care about fashion or anything else. But now i have moved to a new apartment in paris and life is starting to make sense again, and i am ready to share with you all these fantastic new adventures. and its summer so  .............. well you got to love summer.

i was going out to the  fashion show tonight  and i wore some fun pieces. the tee shirt is from atelier de la mode, the jeans american eagle, boots from zara, leather bag from h&m and last but not least the scarf from pimkie for like 5 euro.

right now at forever21 sea side inspired stripes rule and continue ruling. mix it with some fresh flowers prints and you are set for spring. i personally love the lacy corset in the top photo.

modeling for the spring line for new look is taylor momsen. ever since i moved to paris i dont really follow all the new pop tarts so i dont know her too well but i like the attitude she gives these clothes which bear resemblance to many collections we will see in top shop, asos, and zara for this spring and summer.

these little poladroids were taken in the summer of 2009 in giverny, france. when i was younger i used to copy and paint impressionist paintings, monet was one of my favorites.

i work for a website that has private sales for its members, here is a peek backstage and team atelier de la mode. also a clipping from a magazine called public look 2009.

this is some of my older work that has finally been retouched. i did a photoshoot for a british website and i shot with a polish model, magda. the jumpsuit was on sale from bereshka, the sunglasses were h&m, the shoes are like 5 years old bought at bakers shoes in l.a, and the pearls came from made in china store. all inspiration from my closet to bring you this dreamy image.

parisian winter has been making me stay at home, so less getting dressed and more working on my book and portfolio projects. here is the 1st draft for the book cover, i finally have enough material, hope i can get it published.
